  • Sindh Employees’ Social Security Institution (SESSI) – 6.00%, applicable only for salaries below PKR 30,000.

  • Festival Bonus/13th Salary – 8.33%

The healthcare benefits include comprehensive medical treatment in the Social Security Hospitals. The facilities not available in these medical outlets are arranged through other hospitals at the cost of Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI) wherever those be available.
