Assistance in the Recovery and collection of taxes Section 146(c): Pursuant to change in section 107 agreement with foreign tax authorities for avoidance of double taxation or for assistance in recovery of taxes, now corresponding section has been introduced where tax authority can request each other for recovery of due taxes.
