E-hearing of cases section 227E

E-hearing of cases section 227E: The Finance Bill has proposed to introduce E-hearing module for the purpose of conduction hearings. In this regard, all provisions of the Ordinance relevant to the hearing would mutatis mutandis applicable.

In this regard, Board has power to design and prescribe e-hearing module for the purpose of conducting hearings, granting opportunity of being heard and electronically receiving any information for the purpose of this Ordinance.

In this regard, recording of e-hearing proceedings shall be admissible as evidence before any forum or court of law.
