Eligible persons in the list of persons entitled for tax credit section 100c
Eligible persons in the list of persons entitled for tax credit section 100c: Certain class of persons mentioned in clause 66 part I second schedule were reclassified into section 100C vide Tax Law Second Amendment Ordinance, 2021 dated 24.03.2021 and same are made part of finance bill 2021.
Accordingly, now these persons listed in Section 100C are excluded from exemption list and they will be allowed 100% Tax credit in compliance to section 100C of the Ordinance. List of such persons added therein are as under:
