Immediate payment of tax demand order giving effect to appeal Section 127

Immediate payment of tax demand order giving effect to appeal Section 127: Bill seeks to propose that the period of 30 days for payment of tax demand shall not apply where a demand is created though an order giving effect to order/direction of commissioner appeals, appellate tribunal court, supreme court and such demand shall be paid immediately.
