Revised charges of appeals to Commissioner Appeals
The Finance Act has amended the law to make automated adjusted assessment order under section 122(2A) appealable by providing opportunity to appeal before Commissioner Appeals.
The Finance Act has also enhanced the fee prescribed for filing of appeal as follows:
