Tax Return Filing Date extended for Tax year 2018

Tax Return Filing Date extended for Tax year 2018 through Circular  No.  08 of 2018: Extension  in  date  of  filing  of  income  tax returns/ statements  for  tax  year  2018

In  exercise  of  the  powers  conferred  under  Section  214A  of  the  Income Tax  Ordinance,  2001,  the  Federal  Board  of  Revenue  is  pleased  to  extend  the  date  of filing  of  Income  Tax  Returns/Statements  for  the  Tax  Year  2018  as  under:-

1)  The  date  of  filing  of  Returns  of  Total  Income/Statement  of  final  taxation  which were  due  on  31st  August,  2018  and  extended  upto  30th  November,  2018  is hereby  further  extended  upto  15th  December,  2018.

2)  The  date  of  filing  of  Returns  of  Total  Income  and  Statements  of  final  taxation for  Companies,  Individuals  and  Association  of  Persons  which  were  due  on 30th  September, 2018  and  extended  upto 30th  November, 2018  is  hereby further  extended  upto  15th  December,  2018.
